Tuscaloosa Municipal Court Proceedings from March 16 to April 16 to be Rescheduled

Tuscaloosa, AL - Per order of the Alabama Supreme Court, all Tuscaloosa Municipal Court proceedings scheduled to take place between March 16 and April 16 will be rescheduled.
Additionally, all court-ordered deadlines are being extended to May 16. During this 60 day period, the court will not order any new fees or warrants related to Failure to Appear or Failure to Pay. Non-appearance due dates will have until May 16 to bring their case up-to-date.
The Court asks that all citizens limit person-to-person contact by using the overnight dropbox, online payments, U.S. mail, and electronic communications.
Rescheduled appearance dates will be available after March 23. Any person with a scheduled court appearance during this time whose address has changed or will change before March 23 should contact the court to update records.
