City of Tuscaloosa Water Department Implements Additional Service Options

Tuscaloosa, Ala. - The City of Tuscaloosa Water and Sewer Department has implemented several service options to increase efficiency and meet increased demand as college students return to the area for the academic year.Service options are listed below:New customers can set up, transfer and/or cancel an account online using forms at http://www.tuscaloosa.com/onlineservices.Existing customers can pay bills and track account history online at http://www.tuscaloosa.com/onlinebills.Customer service phone banks will extend hours to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Wednesday, July 24 and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 20 and 27.A call back service featuring an automated program will be available beginning Wednesday, July 24.Students can access a student tab on the City's homepage for student-specific needs.The new services and options are subject to change and adjust with demand.For more information call Tuscaloosa 311 at 205-248-5311.
