City of Tuscaloosa to Upgrade Payment Software

Munis, the software used by the City of Tuscaloosa to accept payments for certain services, will undergo a scheduled upgrade on Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6, 2023. On these days, the Water Business Office, Building Permit Counter and Revenue Office will not accept payments, and will be closed to the public.
Building permits paid for before October 5 will be issued by Building and Inspections, and permit applications will be accepted online only on these days. All other City business centers will remain open.
