The City of Tuscaloosa will hold a Public Involvement Meeting on Project STPSU-6325. The public may come at any time during the meeting to review project maps and ask questions. This informal meeting will be held as follows:

The proposed project involves intersection improvements, resurfacing, sidewalk installation, underground utilities, lighting, and other roadway improvements along University Blvd. East from Arcadia Drive to Redmont Drive. The following intersections along University Blvd. East are proposed to be realigned: Arcadia Drive and 30th Avenue, Crescent Ridge Road East, and Redmont Drive. Access at Knoll Road will be modified to improve sight distance. Portions of some side streets along University Boulevard East will be improved. Additional right-of-way and temporary construction easements are needed for the project. The proposed project aims to improve the City’s infrastructure, while providing pedestrian connectivity along University Boulevard East.
The purpose of public involvement is to inform the public of the proposed design features for the project. Use the Public Involvement Map on this page to review the proposed plans.
